Overview

Ken Muray will lrad you from Saltaire through Roberts Park. Up through Gilstead along paths through crags at Crow Nest. Into Prince of Wales Park in Bingley and down passing Five Rise Locks, the canal and river Aire/canal path back into Saltaire. Lunch stop at Five Locks or in Myrtle Park in Bingley where there is a cafe and toilets.

There are ups and downs in first half of the walk with second half largely flat. Walking pole may be useful particularly if wet/muddy.

The Leeds to Skipton train runs every 15/20 minute - check it stops at Saltaire.
