Overview

Condense cars and drive to Eskemulloch OS 36 GR NJ 245204 (A95 to Bridge of Avon then B9008 through Tomnavoulin, turn left at Knockandu onto minor road to Chapeltown and College of Scalan. At the fork take the left branch to car park at end of road.) The walk goes south through pasture alongside the Crombie burn which we will cross to look at the seminary and College of Scalan. At the ruins of the Clash of Scalan the route turns NW to join a path to the summit of Tom Trumper where we should enjoy extensive views before descending and rejoining our outward path from the CP. Good paths with a couple of stiles and a minor burn crossing.
