Overview

From the railway station at Tweedbank we will walk along the bank of the Tweed to Newsteads with a break for a picnic, if the weather is fine, and on to Melrose, where it is possible to visit the abbey, Priorwood garden and Harmony Garden. Return either by bus or along the river.
