Overview

Follow Vanguard Way with beautiful views of the Seven Sisters as we approach Cuckmere Haven before heading north.  Stop in Alfriston for lunch (public toilets available in one of the car parks).  Follow South Downs Way afer lunch which follows a ridge with good views then back down to Seaford cutting right through the South Downs National Park.

Meet outside the Martello Tower in Seaford (the east end of the seafront). Toilets and refreshments available. Plenty of free parking along seafront road so consider parking further away with a pleasant walk along the seafront.
