We are the Northants 20s-40s Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
Starting from the village green in Ickwell, we will head north to Northill then across the fields to Shearhatch wood. From there we'll pick up the Greensands Ridgeway and on to Palmers wood. We will stop for lunch at Old Warden church, before heading into the village where we will stop for a drink in the pub. In the afternoon we will walk through Warden Warren and past Shuttleworth aerodrome, before we head back to where we started the walk.
Please park considerately around the village. Meet on the village green, on the corner of Caldecote Road and Ickwell Green, ready to start walking at 10.30am.
