Overview

From Skidby Mill we follow footpaths, passing the deserted medieval village of Risby, where 17th century Risby Hall once stood, then continuing through Risby Park, Low Daw Hill and Fish Pond Wood with an optional stop at Folly Lake Cafe and views of the lakes. Finally heading back to Skidby along the Beverley 20 footpath.

Meet near Skidby Mill, car parking is available on the main road (Beverley Rd) adjacent to the mill on a nose to tail basis; also along Mill Road cut de sac opposite the mill. Please note the ERYC Skidby Mill car park is for the use of visitors to the mill and Rural Living Museum only
