Slow walk in Newham & Tower Hamlets

Meet: outside Bromley by Bow tube station (District and Hammersmith & City lines). This circular walk includes 8 rivers, 3 sewage pumping stations, 3 mills, 2 academies, 2 Bazalgettes, an Olympic Torch, a Big Brother, a Nose, a park and a sprinkling of Lavender Water together with a refreshment break in a shipping container – all at a slow pace. Note the starting time of 11 am, the walk will finish at 2.11pm. 3 hours free parking is available at the nearby Tesco (TQ 381 827).
