An evening walk from Daisy Hill
Please note, that the weather is expected to be very warm. We will have the option of doing a shorter walk than that described below.
In a route that differs from previous years, we will initially set off west to pay a brief visit to Eatock Lodge, We will then be picking up part of the Rotary Way and some other minor paths that circle outwards to explore the South and East of Daisy Hill. The route is a fairly flat affair and yet, as it is a full five miles, we will do well to get back to finish for 9pm. Therefore a short cut will be available, if necessary, towards the end.
We will be starting and finishing near The Rose Hill Taven, where those who choose to do so can quench their thirsts, at the end of our walk.
