We are the Pembrokeshire Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
Leaving car park at Spittal School, a road section to Frog Hall and the Walton East church stop, across fields, tracks, streams to Llys-y-fran, lunch stop. Woodstock ,Wallis, Ambleston, Golden Hill. and then perhaps drinks in The Pump on the Green village pub.
some muddy sections . Sorry no short cuts but if you wish to share leaving a car at Woodstock or Wallis for the first moderate half (see route map) starting with us for a 10 am prompt get away. thank you.
perhaps not shorts and advisable " gaiters " , also may be cattle.( was on recce but were no problem.)
Classing a Strenuous due to length, few climbs and features. ie downed tree logs to climb over ,streams to cross etc. ,
Blocked paths and gates cleared as were very overgrown and still challenging.
Sorry unsuitable for dogs.
