Overview

We leave the Car park and follow a path which meanders towards the Sugar Loaf. The walk becomes more demanding as we near the summit but we then veer off and take a gentler winding route to the top. Views from the summit can be quite spectacular on a clear day - south into Somerset and North well into the Welsh marches. We will lunch on top and then head south back towards the Car park, but only overlapping our steps at the very end.
