A pleasant walks across Ashdown Forest to join the memorial service at the Airman’s Grave at 11am. Route is out via Millbrook and Friends Clumps before descending to the location.
Return by Ellison’s Pond car-park, Garden of Eden before following the Millbrook steam and Pippingford back to the start.

The walk will start prompt at 9.30am from Millbrook East car -park on Ashdown Forest. Parking charges apply. Alternatively you can park at the Pippingford lay-by to the north of Millbrook East and walk to the start. Involves walking along the side of the A22 for a short distance.
