Paul is leading a 6/12 mile easy/moderate figure of eight walk.
Part 1 of the walk 9.45 for 10am start, will see us crossing over the A449 (this is a main road so due care and attention is required)
We will head from the car park over the A449 towards Sytchampton Farm, then towards Woodfield house. joining the road for a short distance and then a path to Millhampton Wood. We will head down towards the river Severn walking along its bank, turning at Winnall Coppice and then climbing past Lyth farm and Lineholt House where we join the road onto a path going past Battenton Farm, back towards Sytchampton where we will again cross the A449, We can either go to the Leaking Well for lunch or stay in the grounds of the community centre. where we convene for part 2 of the walk.
Part 2 The second half of the walk 12.45 for 1pm start, will see us walking away from the school down a long driveway before turning right towards Yardings farm. we will then turn left towards Southall Farm, then turning left towards Pakington Farm, then Church Farm. We will pass Doverdale Mill heading back towards Sytchampton.
Dogs welcome if kept on lead over the A449 and through farm animals if required.
Please arrive at 09:45 for a 10:00 start for part 1.
Please arrive at 12:45 for a 13:00 start for part 2.
