Starting from Cowbridge we walk through the Geraint's Way Estate onto the lane to Llysworney passing Crossways House. After a coffee break, we head across fields to Llandow Village, and Colwinston. We then head along a track to Pentre Meyrick, and then lanes to Penllyn Church. From there, it's downhill back to the start at Cowbridge.
There are several stiles, some awkward. There are also some boggy areas, but these are passable with a good pair of boots.
