We are the Staffordshire Walkers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
Starting from Trentham we will head out along the Longton Brook Greenway to the canal, then turning right we will follow the canal to Barlaston. we go past the Upper House and onto Barlaston Downs, where we will pause for lunch. Following lunch we follow the footbath through Barlaston Downs, back to Barlaston, pausing at the Plume & Feathers before heading back along the canal to Trentham. This walk will be over varied terrain including, footpaths, towpaths, fields, tracks and road. Packed Lunch Required
Parking is at Trentham Gardens, plenty of free parking. We will meet outside the Garden Center
