This is a two-lock walk, with a winding section of the River Thames in between. We will head south to meet the Thames at the delightful Rushey Lock where we will have a refreshment break, and then follow the Thames Path westwards to Radcot Lock, where we will have a picnic lunch. The return takes us over Old Man’s Bridge and past the hamlet of Weald. There is plenty of parking to both the north and south of the church in Bampton. Be sure to bring a picnic. A joint walk with West Oxfordshire group. Vale Walk Leader DC 01367 820683 / 07544 979253
