Overview
Our walk starts in Clover Place car park, Back Lane, from where we will walk around the south-east quarter of the town to and over the Wharf Stream. We then cross a weir to get onto the Thames Path on the south side of the river. This takes us to the Georgian Swinford Toll Bridge, built in 1767. After a lovely stroll along the river we reach Pinkhill Lock where we cross to the north bank of the Thames. Once there we zig-zag northwards to Eynsham, coming in near the site of the former Abbey.
