Overview

Circular walk starting by the church in Wadhurst, the route visits Cousley Wood and Bewl Water. Expect a few hills, quiet country lanes and footpaths which may be muddy in places. Views across the undulating countryside and over Bewl. Picnic lunch. There are two free car parks off the high street in Wadhurst, but these can sometimes be busy. Alternative car parking at the roadside or near the recreation ground on Washwell Lane. Please park considerately.
