Overview

A classic Lake District horseshoe walk over six Wainwright tops which, given good weather will provide superb views. Some steep ascents and descents are involved, all on grass with no technical scrambling, but nevertheless will need sustained effort. The walk can be shortened by descending at Gatescarth Pass.

Very limited parking at Sadgill - car sharing recommended.
