Starting from The Woodland Trust car park at Walker Fold we will initially follow part of the GM Ringway, before heading out to visit Two Lads at the top of Wilders Moor. After resting a short while, to take in the view, we will explore some lesser trodden paths during the return to our cars.
Please note, that although we will be walking at a fairly leisurly pace, this walk is considered moderate and may not be suitable for those who are not used to ascents and decents on uneven paths.
We recommend suitable clothing and sturdy shoes or boots on all our walks.
There is usually a coffee kiosk open, which sells hot drinks as well as a selection of cakes and the occasional toasted panini.
