Walking away from the coast into the hills behind Branscombe, a couple of steepish scrambles and attacking undergrowth but great fun to the adventurous among you.
Finding our way back via Hole House to the coastpath at Berry Camp for a shortish, steep descent to Branscombe beach for cafe stop and swim if people want. Some may wish to settle here for a couple of hours, while the intrepid among us will venture over to Beer, possibly for a brief pub stop before returning to Branscombe to meet the "settlers" and end the walk together at the village hall.
Of course, all this is weather dependent so here's hoping for a dry sunny day. If it is bad weather, we will all end the day in the cafe on the beach and watch the wild weather outside. The steep descent to Branscombe can be quite treachurous after lots of rain so will redirect the route if necessary.
