Overview

3 miles along footpaths, farm tracks and quiet lanes - no stiles and no steep hills. There is a bit of mud. Walking alongside the River Cothi towards the River Towy initially then over agricultural land.
Meet Llandeilo station at 10am to car share or at the start of the walk Cothi Bridge hall, where we can park, 10.30am.
