Overview

From Lower Blaen-y-Glyn we follow the waterfalls (up a very uneven and probably muddy first mile with a scramble onto open ground) before crossing moorland (can be boggy) and fields to Forest Trails going down to Abercynafon, crossing valley to pick up the Taff Trail. To Upper Blaen-y-Glyn and down through forest area back to the start. Mixed terrain and varying conditions underfoot with three ascents. Fab views weather permitting. No dogs. If bad weather is forecast please check the group website (fodramblers.org.uk) to confirm that the walk is going ahead
