We are the Waveney Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.

We'll walk along the Waveney river path on the Norfolk bank. We'll cross into Suffolk near the Locks Inn. And finally we'll return on the Angles Way.
Locks Inn "Loktoberfest": Put on your lederhosen and expect an Oompah band. Our route passes through at lunch time. Our picnic will be on the Suffolk bank of the Waveney but there should be time to pop in for a quick stein and bratwurst.
We have a "No Dogs" policy but registered assistance dogs are always welcome.
Please bring a picnic lunch or forage at the Loktoberfest.
Park in the Dell car park off the Bungay Road, B1062. There is additional street parking in Ringsfield Road a few metres away.
