A pine scented morning 6 mile walk through the woods to see a fairy tale castle (see photo above). Lunch back at our cars before a gentle 1 mile stroll through the woods to discover the autumn bonus of fungi.
One stile and one gate. Mostly fields and forestry tracks with a little bit of road walking.
Two steady ascents.
