We are the Darlington Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
Depart Village Green church, West Auckland, past the football ground onto Hummerbeck Lane, Bolton Garths and Sapely to Lutterington, Glenton Hall and Backsand Sides.

Please note:
While we are experiencing sometimes challenging wintry weather conditions, it’s especially important for us to follow walk leaders’ directions and advice. In particular, on a group walk we should stay behind the leader and not assume that we know the route ahead. If we stay together after crossing a stile, and so on, until the leader is ready to carry on, we can all support her or him to ensure we all have a safe and enjoyable walk.
