Bosham and Chichester Harbour.
We start from Bosham, which is a lovely village with an intriguing Roman and Medieval history, and we will walk around the village going past the church and quay.
We will then head east across farmland until we meet the Chichester Channel. At the top of the Channel we are on the outskirts of Fishbourne which is the home of the largest Roman Palace in the UK.
We will continue south along the Chichester Harbour past boatyards, marinas and expensive houses until we reach West Itchenor, where we will catch the ferry (fee payable) back to Bosham Hoe and complete our walk back to Bosham.
This walk is very flat and should be easy walking (although some sections were extremely wet and muddy in March)
