BOOKING REQUIRED to receive last minute updates. From the cars we descend cross the Goyt and ascend to Taxal church. From where we climb to Taxal Edge and down to Kettelshume. Then on to Whaley Moor past the dipping stones and down to Whaley Bridge. We ascend up to Todbrook reservoir, through Horwich End, back to Taxal church and acros the Goyt back to the cars.
Risk assessment: Crossing roads in Whaley Bridge but mainly tracks, farm fields, and a few stiles.
Please contact the walk leader if you wish to bring a dog. Please let the walk leader know of any health issues they should be aware of.
Lay by on the A5004 2/3 mile from the Macclesfield road junction traffic lights.
