Meet: outside the exit "Town Centre", leading to Beresford Sq, at Woolwich Arsenal Station (DLR). A walk along the Thames Path to Canary Wharf Station (Jubilee Line). Stops at the Thames Barrier, North Greenwich O2 and Greenwich. Suggest you bring packed lunch.
