Rescheduled from 24 February.
A pleasant walk in the Kent countryside, through villages, woodland and farmland, along the North Downs Way. Terrain may be undulating in places but is not particularly hilly. The pace will be moderate. We shall stop for lunch in the village of Charing, probably at the playing fields. Toilet and refreshment facilities should be available in the pavilion but cannot be guaranteed. The walk finishes in the village of Lenham, where there are a good range of facilities for a village – including the Red Lion Inn and a fish and chip shop.
Please bring a packed lunch.
