What we do
Putting something back, we have a team, Tim Taclo, of enthusiastic volunteers who carry out footpath repairs and improvements. If you come across problems on the footpath network, please report problems by sending photographs and grid references.
Examples of problems are: blocked footpaths, missing or dangerous stiles, broken kissing gates, missing way markers, dangerous animals and aggressive or obstructive land owners.
Report problems directly to Gwynedd Council phone 01766 771000 or write to Stryd y Castell, Caernarfon, Gwynedd, LL55 1SH. Alternatively use the Ramblers Pathwatch app.
Maggie Barry is our Footpath Secretary, please copy/contact us via the home page.
Graham Fitch leads our stalwart team of volunteers, Tim Taclo, who assist Gwynedd Council with footpath maintenance in Arfon and Dwyfor.
Rambling involves certain risks and is based on self-reliance. You are responsible for your own actions, decisions and safety and the safety of those around you.
Booking is essential on all Eryri walks and is subject to Eryri Ramblers Information for Walkers Aug 2021v2.
Your photo may be shared on Facebook (or if you are lucky our website). Your email address may also be shared with sub-groups such as The Committee or Walk Leaders group. If you have any objection, please register your preference via our website contact page.
