Footpath Maintenance 

Some members of the group participate in the maintenance of our rights of way network in conjunction with Powys County Council: clearing paths, building bridges, surveying bridges, and replacing stiles and gates. If you would like to become involved, please contact us: fourwells@gmail.com 

 

Hosting European Walkers 

Pre-COVID we have played host to a group of walkers from Germany and France – Like to Hike. We arrange a walking & social programme which has proved to be great fun! We hope that it will be possible to resume these visits in the future.  

Collaboration with the Elan Valley 

As part of Powys Ramblers we have collaborated with the Elan Valley in designing routes for the general public. Some of our members have also led walks for the Elan Valley programme of events.
