Welcome to the Restormel group. We help local people enjoy walking and protect the places we all love to walk. Our walks are led by local experts – and are a great way to get outside, make new friends and discover how walking boosts your health and happiness. You're very welcome to try walking with us, or to get involved in looking after paths and green spaces and opening up new places to explore.
We are situated in the centre of Cornwall with superb coastal walks throughout Cornwall. Our diverse area also includes the Eden Project, Heligan Gardens, Nature Reserves and many Industrial Archaeological sites, all approachable on our inland footpaths.
Our walks are graded according to difficulty based on distance and terrain so that a suitable and enjoyable walk can usually be found for everyone either during the week or at a weekend. Good company is a constant feature of our walks but we can't guarantee the weather!
Cornwall is a beautiful part of the UK offering many varied walks and spectacular scenery. We are a friendly group and welcome new walkers. Walks range from a 3 miles to 10-12 miles and are graded from easy to challenging suiting all fitness groups. Walks often finish in the pub or cafe for a cup of tea.
