Excellent winter walk. Full of interest, quite a surprise to find so much countryside in that area. We parked at Moses Gate country park SD 7425 0681, free car park. Walked through the park and joined the walk at point A The instructions are accurate. If you do go by car and don't need the bus in Radcliffe you can avoid walking through the town by following the sculpture trail from SD 7756 0607, the tall stone sculpture, to the canal at SD 7744 0677. maybe cuts a mile from the walk
