An excellent walk, affording some lovely views across the South Downs. A lunch stop can by added via a diversion to Kingston-near-Lewes (adding about 1.25 miles), but this requires a very steep descent down to the village & re-ascent to the South Downs Way - but the Juggs pub makes it worthwhile. The last section of the walk from Rodmell via the Ouse Valley Way doesn't offer the same variety or views as the earlier sections of the walk.
