Plus Unexpectedly lovely walk. Huge fields match huge skies, rolling hills, ancient green lanes, woods, horses, deer & birds of prey. Very quiet considering only 30-40 minutes from London, hardly saw a soul. We enjoyed the history you come across on route. Instructions very clear. Minus Some road and airplane noise.

This walk was my first as a member and was thoroughly enjoyable. I walked with two teenage daughters who also enjoyed the varied terrain (though leisurely route) and views. The route I printed was really clear and easy to follow as novices. There was plenty to see in terms of lovely villages, farms, woods, cows and church yards. Just what you would expect! We stopped at The White Horse Pub in High Cross and were served by friendly staff at around the half way mark. Thank you
