Thank you very much for providing excellent instructions on an enjoyable walk. Although for me personally I found there was a little too much canal walking on the way back. Walking in winter, we had problems joining the river due to flooding. We had to use Google Maps to pick up the walk again at St Nicholas Park. I would also suggest that although the canal tow path provides a firm path it is HEAVILY puddled. I would not want to walk along it when all the puddles are frozen. However, I would definitely return to do the walk in summer. Possibly, returning by the outward route. The walk providing so much of beauty and interest.

A beautiful walk punctuated by parks for the children and places of historical interest for the adults. Totalled 10.2 miles for us but was a lovely, picturesque walk to Warwick and back. Thanks!!
