At Get Healthy Rotherham we are passionate about improving people's health and wellbeing. In partnership with the Ramblers Association, we have launched walking groups across Rotherham and plan to expand to several locations across the community so it is accessible to all. We combine the walks with an interactive discussion with our team about the nutrition side of weight loss, helping you to understand why this is important to the process. These talks are followed by a short walk led by our staff. The walk gives you the opportunity to meet other like minded people in the same situation as yourself, talk to each other about your own experiences and support one another. If this sounds like something you want to get involved in, sign up today! If none of our walks suit you, don't worry. We will be establishing new walks in the near future. Keep an eye out!
