wellbeing walkers going across a bridge

The Ramblers aim is to improve your physical and mental wellbeing through walking. They are dedicated to identifying and looking after paths and green spaces and sharing beautiful local walks with those who would like to take part.

Early Intervention Prevention Service (EIPS) is a registered walking scheme that works with The Ramblers. The scheme is made up of several regular, short, free walks for local communities. The walks are led by Health Improvement facilitators and volunteers.

The walks are aimed at people who would like to improve their health and wellbeing by becoming more active. Walking will help to boost health and happiness.

The scheme can also provide training opportunities to lead walks.

If you are interested, please do not hesitate to contact us by either calling or emailing. We look forward to welcoming you on our walk!
