Overview

A monthly walk ( Third Tuesday of the month) geared at those coming back to walking or starting to take part in organised led walks.

The walk will be a total of one hour and will be either using a set loop round the playing field at the back of Braywick Leisure Centre or the Braywick Athletics Track- walking to and from the location and then a half an hour walking session where walkers can choose speed and distance around the loop and include any rest stops needed. A great introduction walk before talking part in the other wellbeing walks (normally 2-3 miles)

At the end of the session, there is an opportunity to join us for refreshments at the Braywick Leisure Centre café.

Walk is FREE but please bring money for parking refreshments if applicable.
