Overview

As part of the Active North Tyneside Bump, Birth, Baby programme, we are offering wellbeing walks for pre- and post-natal women and their babies (up to 18 months). These weekly walks aim to keep new mams, and mams-to-be, active over the school summer holidays, while providing the opportunity to meet new people and improve overall wellbeing.
