Join Ramblers Wellbeing Walks West Northamptonshire for short, local and accessible walks to help you get more active.
Walks are over easy ground and taken at steady pace to suit everyone
Walks range from 10 to 90 minutes in length
At least one short walk a week, starting at the same time and place every week
All walks are accessible on foot or by public transport
You only need to join a group once to access all future walks
Time again for us to meet up, share each other's company, the fresh air and a lovely walk.... all for free!
Details of the walk:
DATE: Friday 3rd November 2023
START TIME: 9.30AM (please allow about 90 minutes)
START PLACE: Outside the front entrance of Daventry Leisure Centre.
CLOTHING: Outdoor clothing appropriate for weather conditions and footwear suitable for uneven surfaces.
CUNNING PLAN: Walk from the Leisure Centre, around the lake in Daventry Country Park and back to near our start point. In total we should have walked 5K and had fun!
OPTIONAL EXTRA: Refreshments and chat in nearby cafè.
