This 4 week course is designed for older adults who can walk at a brisk pace for at least 30 minutes without the need for mobility aids.

The course will progress with duration and distance over the weeks, getting your legs moving faster and increasing your heart rate. It is recommended to attend all 4 sessions to benefit the most from this Walking Fitness course.
