As part of International Men's Day, The Man Down Project will be organising a nature walk (male only) in Harrow with the aim to raise awareness about men's mental health, connect with nature, breakdown stereotypes and bring boys/men together to celebrate their positive achievements. We encourage you to bring along your sons, cousins, uncles, fathers or even friends. 

Duration: 10am - 11:30am

Meeting Point: Harrow View Point, 10 Old Redding, HA3 6SL

Requirements: Walking Shoes/Boots, Bottle of water and an open mind.

Gender: Male Only

The intention for this walk is to connect with nature, breakdown stereotypes, build connection and celebrate  positive achievements. 

A highlight of the walk will be arriving at an 800 year Oak Tree.

We will have some refreshments during the walk.
