This Wellbeing Walk is being held in partnership with the Lowestoft PCN. This is a Primary Care Network team available in all GP surgeries across Norfolk and Waveney. We work together to improve services and access to healthcare for the residents of this district. Victoria Road surgery, Lowestoft are organising this walk, and it is open to all people.  The PCN aims to promote our services within the practices including Health and Wellbeing Coaches and Care Co-Ordinators. We are hoping that our walks will promote motivation, confidence and increase positivity along with the chances of meeting new people and help to promote good mental health.

No need to pre book, please just turn up on the day. If this is your first Wellbeing Walk you will be required to complete a registration form before the walk. This form will be given to you by the walk leader.
