Overview

We’re really pleased to be launching a brand-new Wellbeing Walk designed especially for women going through the menopause or perimenopause. It’s a chance to get moving, connect with others, and share experiences in a relaxed and supportive setting.

The walk will be led by Dr Jill Rutter, a retired pharmacist who’s passionate about helping others navigate this life stage through community and conversation. The walk will last around an hour, and best of all – it’s completely free. No need to book, just come along!

Afterwards, you’re welcome to stay for a cuppa and a chat – feel free to bring some money if you’d like to grab a tea or coffee at Panero Lounge.

These walks will run monthly, alternating between Saturdays and Sundays, and are part of our wider Wellbeing Walks programme – a lovely way to stay active, meet new people, and enjoy the outdoors.

Look out for Jill on Saturday – she’s really looking forward to meeting you!
