Overview

This year, we're focusing on the impact that the cost of living crisis is having on our mental health. The uncertainty of watching as our costs spiral can be difficult to bear. The worry of how we’ll get by and support our families is piling on the pressure. But for so many of us, looking after our mental health is often last on our list.

As individuals, as families, as communities – we can’t afford to ignore the impact on our mental health.

Please join us for a gentle walk and chit chat on Friday 2nd June. You will meet Sodabeh at the Queen Mother Sports Centre in Victoria for 10:30 where you will explore the urban streets of Westminster, completing the walk at the MIND office where plenty of afternoon activities will be taking place. This scenic walk is guaranteed to keep everyone entertained while moving your body.

We ensure to meet the needs of every participant and can tailor the walk to the group. Rest Stops can be added to the route and avoiding mud and uneven ground is possible just speak to our walk leader prior to starting the walk!
