Overview

Come along and join us for our monthly mindfulness walk, held on the 2nd Friday of the month. We meet at Bastion Number 3, Scott Road, Hilsea for a 10.30 a.m. start. This walk will be a slower pace, helping you to reconnect with nature, others and yourself. There will be the chance for photography if you wish, and our walk leader Paul can offer guidance and tips on getting the most from this. There are so many benefits to getting outside in nature and slowing down, and you will get the chance to meet others who would like to take a slower pace and take in the surroundings. We meet after at Casemates Cafe for tea or coffee if you wish to join us.

Our walk leader will be wearing an orange hi-viz jacket, and will be waiting at the benches at Bastion 3, Scott Road. Please note this walk can be muddy and uneven so please wear appropriate footwear.
