A social paced, mindful walk to re-energise and rejuvenate! Whether you love walking as the day begins, want to stretch your legs on the way to work or before working from home, this walk is for you! Run by Mimi, an ecotherapist and mindful walk leader, The first half of the walk is silent, to allow you to engage with yourselves and the environment and the second half is open to social chatting with the group if you so wish to. We sometimes go for a cuppa afterwards
