Overview

Come along and join in our weekly wellbeing walk from Seaham Leisure Centre. We are a friendly group who walk together every Thursday morning at 10am. We walk for up to 90 minutes, covering about 3 miles. We walk over mixed terrain with some slopes and steps at times. We then go back to the Leisure Centre to enjoy a complimentary cuppa and biscuit. All welcome.
