Southwick Library to Fishersgate
Walk from Southwick Library through Southwick Park, over the Fishersgate footbridge over the railway to Fishersgate Recreation ground. Walking over the main seafront road to the steps down to the harbour and through the Lady Bee Marina. Continuing over the Southwick Locks to the seafront where we may stop for refreshments before returning back to the Library by way of Southwick Green.

Beautiful walk from the Library to the River Adur, following the path to the Old Toll Bridge and crossing the river to the path on the other side that runs by the river on one side and the Airport on the other side. Returning by the colourful houseboats to the footbridge back to the Library. Everyone is welcome to join us at one of the local cafe's for refreshments. This walk is flat and the scenery is breath-taking.

ST NICOLAS CHURCH TO LANCING COLLEGE
A lovely walk from the old St Nicolas Church to Lancing College. We walk over the Old Toll Bridge and take the path by the river up to Cuckoo Corner. From here we take the road round to the fields at the bottom of the road up to the College. We cross the fields (there are sometimes horses in this field) and then if the College is open we can visit the Chapel. If the road up to the College is closed (due to Covid 19) we return via the main A27 road to the Old Toll Bridge and back to St Nicolas church.

A lovely walk along the Broadwalk on Shoreham Beach to the Old Fort.
Shoreham Fort, also known as Kingston or Shoreham Redoubt, completed in June 1857 is one of only two surviving Forts in anything like its original form and is one of the many small forts and gun batteries built along the coast of Southern England.
Returning by the river and small Marina by the flats to the footbridge and back to the Library where everyone is welcome to join us at one of the cafes for refreshments.

A short brisk walk from Lancing Leisure Centre up to Lancing Ring and back. There are great views out to sea and across to the Downs from the Ring.
There are no stiles but the paths can be uneven and become muddy after long spells of rain. This is level 2 walk.
There are toilets in the Leisure Centre and refreshments are available for purchase at the Cafe in the Centre

BRAMBER, BEEDING AND RIVER ADUR
Gentle walk along the Bramber High Street to the river, then along the east side of the river before climbing up to St Peter's Church Upper Beeding. From there we drop back down into Upper Beeding returning to the car and gradually back to the river. After crossing the footbridge the walk then continues up to Bramber Castle before car park in Bramber High Street.
